ベンチャー企業の意義
現役の上場企業の役員で集まる勉強会で、某国立大学のアメリカ人の教授が
「なぜ、日本人には、アントレプレナーシップがないのか」という
事をただした場面があったことを過去にお伝えしたかと思います。
会の出席者は、一部を除けば、みなさん一部上場企業の
現役役員の方で、しかも当然ながらお勤め人でした。
これでは、のれんに腕押し状態。
発信する場所が、違うような気がしました。
みんな、日本はそんなものです、という雰囲気。私的には
物悲しさを感じました。
菅総理が１に雇用、２に雇用、３に雇用だと
おっしゃっていました。
で、今やっている政策は、新卒を入れてくれた企業に
助成金。
対処療法ですね。長続きしないことは明白。
企業が儲からないことには、人件費なんてカバー
できないのですから。
ベンチャー企業を生み出す力を日本は
元々少ないのに、さらに少なくさせていくのは
国家的危機とすら感じます。
多産多死であろうと、ベンチャーの創出は、
結果的に雇用を生み出す重要なファクター。
グーグルは、できてまだ10年ほど。すでに従業員は
世界中に2万人。
残念ながら日本は、日本語なので、日本のベンチャー企業が世界に飛躍するのは
多少時間かかるにしても、雇用を生み出すことには間違ありません。
国だって新たに税金を納める企業が増えた方がいいはずなのに、
それを促進させないのはなぜでしょうね。
