自分らしく生きる
独立して、早10年目。あっという間であります。
昨日、人材会社の社長と談笑をしていたのですが、
周りの評価を気にせず、自分らしく生きるということの重要さと
それを十分に堪能している人の数の少なさに、時にうなずき
時にお互い共鳴しあいながら、1時間ほどの2人だけの時間を
過ごしました。
その社長は、今、ビッグプロジェクトを抱えています。
私からすると羨ましい。決して簡単なものではないが、
非常にチャレンジしがいのあるプロジェクト。しかも世界を
またにかけて。
私も微力ながら、サポートしていこうと考えています。
自分が好きなことを、ただひたすらやってきた10年。
ある意味、自分らしく生きてきている、と思っています。
だから続けられるし、また、サポートもしていただけた、と思います。
これは組織から断絶したところにある私だから言えるのかも
しれませんが、それでも「らしく生きる」」というのは、とても
重要なことだと思います。
