大学生の就職活動
テレビで大学生の就職活動の様子を見ておりました。
本当に大変だな、という印象です。
が、しかし、大学生の就職率が7割を切ったとか報道していますが
例えばですが、6大学レベルあるいは国立大学の学生の就職率を
別途集計してもらいたいですね。
多分、8割以上内定じゃないですか？
現実ってこんなもんです、というのをちゃんと報道してほしいですね。
ただ、私なんかは、いい大学でて、有名な会社に入る、なんていうのが
ナンセンス！と思っている人間なので、むしろこの時期に、つらい経験している人が
例えばですが、なにくそ！って思って、起業するなり、独自の価値観で
突き進むたくましい精神が宿る人が増えてほしい、と思います。
私の就職活動は、バブル崩壊直後でした。しかし、バブルの名残で
一部の金融機関は、拘束旅行（内定者をどこにもいかないよう旅行させる）
とか最終面接が、帝国ホテルとか
ありました。その中で、私は内定した会社の中で、一番小さい会社を
選びました。上場会社の子会社でしたが、そもそも、その親会社すら
知りませんでした。
私はいたって単純「社長のそばでできる仕事」それを最初から
考えてました、それで結局VCだったということです。もっともVCの
意味もわかってませんでしたが・・・汗。銀行とか日本最大の生保とか
内定もらってましたが、VCに入ることに。
銀行にいたっては、拘束旅行に行かせようとしたので
人間として扱いを受けていない、という意味合いの抗議の手紙まで
総務部に出してやりました。(笑)
なので、今の苦境なんぞ、くそくらえって思ってほしいな、と
思います。
